Cocoon is a service that helps homeowners find the best deals on professionally fitted cavity wall and loft insulation.  It is currently working in partnership with all of Oxfordshire's district councils on a first come-first served £99 insulation deal. 

The £99 fixed cost covers standard installation of either cavity wall or loft insulation, as well as materials and workmanship.  The cost of a no-obligation insulation is also included. 

The Energy Saving Trust estimates average annual savings of £115 from installing cavity wall insulation and £150 from installing 270mm of loft insulation.
