The Corner Shop - Lower Shiplake
The Best Community Shop category has been won by Wootton Stores. Ewelme Store took second place and Appleton Community Shop was awarded third. Both Radley Community Shop and Brightwell cum Sotwell’s Village Stores were highly recommended.
Thank you to everyone who nominated their shop. The hundreds of responses indicated how important the village shop is to so many community members, not only as somewhere to buy goods locally, but as a source of information and a focus of community activity.
Congratulations to all the winners!
