The 9 Step Process for creating a Community Led Plan
ORCC in partnership with the other Rural Community Councils across England have developed the nationally recognised “Parish and Community Action Planning Toolkit”The toolkit explains the 9 step process in detail and where to find support.

This website also lets you explore other plans in the South East and see what actions other communities have done.
