Our staff

All employed and voluntary staff are based at ORCC's Jericho Farm offices and are listed below. The list includes those who work on behalf of our two partner organisations, which are located in the same offices. In each case only the main job title is given, but some staff have more than one role.

Linda Watson Chief Executive (S) linda.watson@oxonrcc.org.uk	Linda was appointed CEO in 2005. She has many years' experience working in the voluntary sector and with communities, mostly in Oxfordshire.
Meryl Smith Deputy Chief Executive (S) meryl.smith@oxonrcc.org.uk	Meryl has worked for ORCC in various roles since 1979.  She is responsible for the work of many of ORCC's fieldstaff and for progressing ORCC's partnership working with a variety of key organisations within the County.
Aimée Evans Community Development Worker aimee.evans@oxonrcc.org.uk	Aimee works with communities in Cherwell and West Oxfordshire. She is a member of the Rural Inclusion Group.  She works part-time.
Anton Nath Community Development Worker anton.nath@oxonrcc.org.uk	Anton was appointed CDW in 2003 and works mainly with communities in South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse. He also supports communities with inclusive consultations and setting up websites.
Beth Weston Community Development Worker beth.weston@oxonrcc.org.uk	Beth is working on a one-year joint ORCC and Oxfordshire Community and Voluntary Action (OCVA) project which aims to increase the quality and the amount of community-led activity across the county.  She works part-time.
Anna Kennedy Rural Housing Enabler anna.kennedy@oxonrcc.org.uk	(On maternity leave)  Anna works with Parish Councils and the Oxfordshire Rural Housing Partnership in South Oxfordshire and the Vale of White Horse to deliver rural affordable housing
Emily Lewis Community Transport Adviser emily.lewis@oxonrcc.org.uk	Emily supports and advises over 60 community transport schemes and helps parishes to carry out Transport Needs Surveys. She also produces the Oxfordshire Community Transport Directory.
Jane Barker Village Shops Development Worker jane.barker@oxonrcc.org.uk	Jane provides retail advice and support for the county's village shops and post offices.  She also guides and advises local groups through the process of setting up a community owned shop in their village.
Lynne Newin Community Halls Adviser lynne.newin@oxonrcc.org.uk	Lynne provides a comprehensive information and advice service to village and community hall management committees all over Oxfordshire.
Christine Bartle ORCC & ORCC Trading Ltd Administrative Officer christine.bartle@oxonrcc.org.uk	Christine provides administrative support for ORCC, ORCC Trading Ltd and OPFA.  She also assists in the production of ORCC's publicity materials.
Fiona Danks TOE Administrator toe@oxonrcc.org.uk	Fiona is administrator for the Trust for Oxfordshire's Environment.  She works part-time.
Elizabeth Stevens Administrative Officer elizabeth.stevens@oxonrcc.org.uk	Elizabeth provides administrative support, and is ORCC's Membership Secretary.
Emma Nawrocki Administrative Officer emma.nawrocki@oxonrcc.org.uk	Emma provides administrative support.
Tom McCulloch Rural Housing Enabler & Community Development Worker (Climate Change) tom.mcculloch@oxonrcc.org.uk	Tom works with Parish Councils and the Oxfordshire Rural Housing Partnership in Cherwell to deliver rural affordable housing.  He also helps communities across the county develop climate action strategies.
Molly Tonks Finance Officer molly.tonks@oxonrcc.org.uk	Molly provides finance support to the team. She works part-time.
Nicole O'Donnell Community Development Officer opfa@oxonrcc.org.uk	Nicole works for the Oxfordshire Playing Fields Association providing support and advice for parish and voluntary groups developing play areas and playing fields.
Beverley Hunt Data Entry Clerk	Beverley works part time from home inputting the data from affordable housing and transport surveys.
Jeremy Hudson Finance Manager	Jeremy is involved in the financial management of ORCC and gives strategic advice to members of the senior management team and the trustees.
